ARTIST OPEN CALL

We’re creating a temporary gallery inside Rooted Lounge, a soon-to-open elixir bar and wellness studio in the Arts District. While we await our buildout, we want to celebrate art that roots us. Work that explores themes of growth, nature, beauty, resilience, or transformation.

Our theme: “Rooted & Rising”

We want to celebrate the roots of our local culture and nurture our creative community as we rise and blossom.

We’re looking for art that reflects themes of grounding, transformation, healing, resilience, natural beauty, spiritual strength, and cultural memory.

Work can be abstract or figurative, minimalist or maximalist, but we’re seeking a cohesive emotional tone: soulful, emotive, and rooted in story.

📅 Deadline to submit: Aug 1 (selections made first week of August)

🖼 Selected artists will be featured in rotating exhibitions starting in August

🛠 Work must be exhibition-ready and hangable
