It is rooted in the teachings of 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧.

The 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 system is a complex synthesis that can be applied in many different variations.

In the most practical sense, it shows you where (and how) to access your body’s consciousness as a decision making tool, and ultimately, how to navigate the world as yourself.

Your chart, or 'manual', indicates how you are unique as a person, so that over time, you may be guided towards living in a manner that is in sync with who you truly are at your core.

When we move in integrity like this, in alignment with our true nature, we begin to experience a level of comfort and acceptance for who we are, instead of chasing who we are not.

This is when our purpose shines through- when we can remember who we are and 𝑬𝑴𝑩𝑹𝑨𝑪𝑬 it.

In this workshop you can expect heart-led shares and connection and a foundational introduction to the system of 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 as a whole.
