Higher Self: Infused Yoga Flow, Ceremony & Soundbath

Many of us use this beautiful plant on the regular, but have you ever worked with it in a ceremony setting? Have you taken the time to form a relationship with it or do you use it compulsively without much thought? 

Did you know that each plant has a unique spirit and voice that we can learn to communicate with? Plants are such powerful teachers, and when we work with them consciously, we can learn to form a powerful and sacred relationship and access the deeper wisdom that they hold. Instead of just "using" them, they can become like friends and partners in our journey.

Cannabis is a powerful plant spirit that brings in the energies of the divine feminine. It acts as a sacred mirror that can show us what is present in our own psyche and how we can work with it. It can help awaken our sensory experience and drop us deeper into our body. It can also help provide clarity and creative solutions to problems that we may feel stuck on.

Through this practice we will learn how to form a deeper relationship with the spirit of cannabis and  access the magic that's available beyond the high.

We will start the class with a guided meditation, yoga flow, and breathwork practice to open up our energy channels and prep our system to stay fully present within an altered state. Then we will flow into a nice, long soundbath and enter a state of communication with the plant.

Please consume prior to showing up and arrange transportation accordingly. 

We actually recommend a lighter dose so you can be more present with the experience. 

Smoke for more of a heady/intellectual experience. 

Take an edible for a deeper, more embodied experience.
