Manifest Your Dream Life: Visionboarding Workshop & Ceremony

What is a vision board? It's a visualization tool empowering you to create the life you intend to receive.

As we kick off a new year, it’s important to take some time to reflect on and create goals for your future. What life do you want to live? What life do you want to create? If you’re not intentional, life will happen to you instead of for you. 

Are you an intentional creator or is life happening to you? You get to choose. 

Advanced reiki practitioner and sound healer, Ann Pirone will guide you through an intimate workshop and ceremony dedicated to holding the vision of your future.

The first part of the workshop consists of guided meditation, a sound bath, reflection, and journaling designed to open up the mind. We will use guided meditation and sound to get grounded and relaxed into our parasympathetic nervous system to allow ourselves to open into a space of creation and expansion and visualize the life we intend to create.

The second half is dedicated to crafting, where participants will transfer their vision into a graphic representation. We will end with a share circle, showing off our creation and speaking our vision into the space providing a deeper connection with our vision.

Please bring images, photos, stickers, magazines, etc, journal, pen, & water. (If you have extra magazines to share) We will provide the boards, scissors, adhesive, and markers.
