Come join us in a cacao ceremony and soundbath to seal off the year and set intentions for the year ahead.

Cacao is a beautiful, heart-opening medicine and a powerful ally for these wild times. This potent plant medicine has been used for thousands of years for medicinal, spiritual and ceremonial purposes. Its Latin name is Theobroma Cacao, meaning "food of the gods." The word cacao also translates to "heart blood,” indicating its affinity for the heart.

On a physical level, theobromine the active ingredient in cacao, dilates the blood vessels and creates stimulation and a sense of euphoria in the body. On a spiritual level it brings us back to a feeling of love, connection and oneness and reconnects us with the deep call of our wild heart.
